Why Telemark?

Telemarking is an advanced form of skiing in which the skier’s heel isn’t fixed to the ski, giving them freedom to move and cut a path through otherwise impassable terrain. Telemarking is not only a skill that both of our Directors are keen to master but one that we think has a real affinity with the way that we work.

We give ourselves real freedom to find solutions in slightly different directions. As a company with a tight management team we are not shackled by hierarchy and bureaucracy. By basing ourselves in a great environment, within easy running distance of everyone's homes, we give ourselves real room to think.
