Who we are

Telemark Productions works in a slightly different way to many agencies.

The core Telemark team work on every brief that comes in, generating concepts and corresponding logistical plans and creative. When an event goes live Telemark pulls on further specialist staff from a loyal and specially selected pool. Where projects require high levels of operational management on the ground we call on our team of former and serving Royal Marines. Where we require direct consumer interface our team of Equity actors come to the fore and for specialist industry projects we call on relevant experts, for example Health and Safety experts. For many projects we call on all three.

This unique way of working enables us to always offer our clients the right people for the right job at an honest price that doesn’t include funding huge permanent agency staffing overheads.

The combined experience of the Telemark Productions team potently marries marketing creativity with military precision and common sense.

Brian Adcock is our key logistics man. His instinctive operational detail, sense of perspective and problem solving approach was finely tuned in his past life as a Royal Marine. John Glendinning adds some strategic magic to the mix, providing insights and overviews gained in a career in finance and dotcoms.

Tosh Reilly is our nerve centre, ensuring that the finest details of every plan are closely implemented and moving the correct event teams into place for each project.
